numerical order, to aid us in processing your order.
Prices: All prices subject to change without notice. New price lists available by email. All goods will be invoiced at prices ruling on date of shipment. Prices do not include freight, GST, PST, or HST. Prices are quoted FOB Winnipeg. Minimum order $150.00 Canadian before shipping and taxes. Orders below the minimum are subject to an additional $10.00 handling charge plus regular freight charges.

Credit Cards: VISA & Mastercard.
Terms: Purchases by new accounts will be sent C.O.D. or prepaid by credit card. C.O.D. orders include an extra handling charge and will be paid cash, money order or certified cheque.
Return Policy: No merchandise may be returned for credit without a prior authorization number. No merchandise, unless defective, will be returned for credit after 30 days from date of invoice. Non-defective products must be returned in new condition, shipping prepaid by you, for a complete refund of the purchase price. Shipping charges are not refundable. A restocking charge may apply. NO RETURNS on opened software. Defective software will be replaced. Please note
that any shortage or damage must be reported within 2 business days of receipt of order.Shipping: Orders are normally shipped within 1 business day (usually on the same day as you place your order) unless we notify you otherwise. Orders will be shipped by Canada Post, FEDEX, DHL, or Greyhound Bus, whichever is least expensive. We will also ship by any other freight company, shipped on buyer’s account. Subject to change without notice.
Notice: The customer must assure himself or herself, by preliminary testing, that the dye fastness of the thread is suitable for his/her intended use. Marathon threads are manufactured and quality controlled to the very highest standards possible. However, since we have no control over washing, dry cleaning, and pressing, and since the value of the thread is so disproportional to the value of the material into which it is sewn, we are not responsible for any damage that could occur.
